This policy explains what information the CGiHub app ("the app") uses and how. In short: there is no account, and your watchlist, model portfolio and settings stay on your device.
The app stores your watchlist, model portfolio entries, preferences (such as the fee setting and price colors) and cached exchange rates on your device. This information isn't sent to us. Deleting the app removes it.
The app doesn't ask for your name, email address, location, contacts or photos, and it doesn't use advertising, analytics or tracking tools.
To show prices, charts, search results and exchange rates, the app requests data from public market data services and from an API that provides the European Central Bank's reference rates. These requests contain the symbols or dates being looked up, for example the symbols on your watchlist. They don't include your name, an account or the amounts in your model portfolio. Like any internet request, they reveal your IP address to the service that answers it, which handles it under its own privacy policy.
If you write to us by email, we use your message and email address only to reply to you.
The app isn't directed at children and doesn't knowingly collect personal information from anyone.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new date.
